SEO engagement active since February 2026. This dashboard tracks keyword research and metadata optimization for all 9 MMDC certification pages. On-page implementation is scheduled for Month 2 (April 2026).
Indexing was requested via Google Search Console on March 18, 2026 for all 6 unindexed pages. As of March 19, 2026, these pages are still not indexed. Google typically processes requests within 1–7 days. Continue monitoring in GSC — no further action needed until indexing is confirmed or an error is flagged.
A URL format inconsistency was discovered between the sitemap and the live website. This is likely a root cause of the non-indexing issue and the large volume of 404 errors (800+ Tier 3 batch errors in the Feb 2026 redirect audit).

The fix requires IT to update the sitemap to use consistent https://www.mmdc.mcl.edu.ph/ format with trailing slashes, and ensure non-www URLs 301-redirect to their www equivalents.
